Received a sms from my ex pri sch mates, just realised my bestest pal in hospital now.. Cab down to SGH after my chinese tution after 9.45pm.. reached there 10.17pm, visiting time is over, but the nurse kindly let me visit for a while.. approaching near the ward, my mind suddenly struck me how she treated me in my primary school.
Saw her sleeping agonyly.. I can't bear to wake you up and you can't fall alseep later on.. In 5 mins, i pray hard nothing happened to you.. left after 5 mins, since i have undone homework assignement.. I spend around $15 for round trip to just see your agony expressions, never you got see my face.. How pathetic of me coming after visiting time..Any way that her second night after operations, patients need plently of rest after the operations..
I just felt sad to see her just like that.. felt like sharing the agony she suffering now, but now, i just simply hoped to see her well again and most importantly CURED!
Her sickness is commonly found during kids age, there is a name for it, but can't remeber it now.. It when your kidney not functionally well, causes are sleep late, never eat well..
I have been sleeping late, and my apppeite decreases sharply, what had happened to me?

Just found a interesting post, currently what i felt..

Keeping a diary is bad for your health, say UK psychologists. They found that regular diarists were more likely than non-diarists to suffer from headaches, sleeplessness, digestive problems and social awkwardness.

Their finding challenges assumptions that people find it easier to get over a traumatic event if they write about it.

"We expected diary keepers to have some benefit, or be the same, but they were the worst off," says Elaine Duncan of the Glasgow Caledonian University. "In fact, you’re probably much better off if you don’t write anything at all," she adds.

Cathartic process

The pair studied 94 regular diarists and compared their health with that of 41 non-diarists. The subjects, all students at Staffordshire University, answered questions about their diary-keeping habits, and filled in a standard health questionnaire.

"We decided to test the idea that writing is cathartic," says Duncan. She claims that her study is the first to investigate subjects who write of their own free will. In most other studies, volunteers are actually asked to write about traumatic experiences in a systematic way.

The researchers asked the diarists recruited to say how often they made entries and for how long they had kept diaries. They were also asked if they had written about anything traumatic.

Statistically, the diarists scored much worse on health measures than the non-diarists. And worst affected of all were those who had written about trauma. "They were most susceptible to headaches and the like," says Duncan.

Ruminative cycle
Although she does not have proof, Duncan speculates that diarists buck the usual trend because instead of a single, cathartic outpouring to offload trauma, diarists continually churn over their misfortunes and so never get over them.

"It’s probably better not to get caught in a ruminative, repetitive cycle," she says. But she acknowledges that her experiment could not demonstrate which came first - the diary writing or the health problems.

In a forthcoming experiment, she hopes to explore this by asking volunteers new to diary writing to report exclusively positive or negative things, to see if the health of the two groups diverges.

Well, felt better.. After meeting up with christhoper for roti prata.. vomit out everything, having a pair of hearing ears do help.. haha.. thanks man.. Kkz.. well, i should not comment it on the blog first, cos it is not over yet.. dun be happy yet.. just becuase i sick today, i gave in again.. But, Monday got to be firmed..

Is this how we spend our scout founder's day today?? Comb meeting dosen't seem to go well, scouts cheated in tag O war, and the I/C dun really care.. making the guides TL pissed.. venture memeber just quarrelled with aonther memeber for the rank.. Whose Bigger??? well.. I can sadly say that this scout group, people only know how to talk, talking session about maple or playing lan and soccer just basically making friends only.. For the past few year, i do not enjoyed scout meeting, but wad to do?? .. sadly to say that.. But i enjoy HQ organised camps for us.. Camp leaping wolf is one of the most enjoyable camp and unforgetable camp.. Still rmb the malay guy there and three china girls.. Haha.. that is why i wear camp leaping wolf shirt most of the time.. really got meaning.. Another camp, Beaver scouts camp 2004, year end camp.. tan and i were among one of the leaders there.. Jerrold and his gangs smuggle food inside.. and the leaders were supposed to spot check for the food.. But instead of helping the leaders, we help jerrold to smuggle the food, and help ourself to eat the food, i rmb i ate Kuei Tu Tu.. haha.. Right now, the other leaders still even in the dark about this.. HAHA.. Any way, another camp approaching.. SOUTHERN ISLAND.. Waiting for your comfirmation.. Tan and i are waiting for ur ans.. Don't disappoint us.. i want to drive a yatch.. WAHAHA.. no more dreams of pilot.. owning a yatch, and travelled region to region by seas and oceans.. WAHHA..

Happy founder's day

Wahha.. Happy birthday, SIR Baden Powell and his Lao Pao.. School celebrates scout founder day and thinking day.. the morning assembly rather okay.. No crops up.. Any way, i made my choice fianlly, I became VENTURE .. OMG.. Chief says that must do a good deed a day.. Haha..
Is this how we spent our sec 3 life in scouting? achieving nothing?? slacking every time in watever we do? disturbing people?? creating troubles?? no goals or aims?? pushing responsiblity to one side?? Well, i admit all this.. Right now, have a good TIC.. he possesses with good leadership qualiy, that can bring scout reputation in no time.. Just wait to see how the scouts RULE the whole school... wishing your a happy scouting and guiding ahead..

Any way, got a place for south korea.. though some of my classmates not really so keen in it.. spirit also went down, supposed to be happy right?? it is hard for ALL to got into the place, is like wining toto like that.. match your names against the list.. How i wish i won TOTO now.. get $10million.. haha.. Basically, still thinking abt it.. bugdet airline, 3 star hotel.. doesn't seem to be agreeable.. That what mrs chow taught us in geo lesson "tourism".. Are you sure you want to go for holiday all conditions doesn't seem to suit u?? 3 stars hotel doesn't seem to be safe.. korean airline, not singapore airline.. the flight timing quite long, we can get discomfort easily. Price is expensive compare to others.. we can easily pay around $700 without food and tour instead of $1400 for the total fee. Pay $700 extra for food and tour not worth it right?? .. If really want to go for holiday not to study, but just for the fun with friends, not parents tagging with you.. we can easily go any where nearby in the region.. that will be better..

Well, haven blog for a fews day, my life just terribly suck nowdays, thanks to you.. Got so many new and risky challenges, one mistake, i am sure in dead meat, but i managed to overcome it.. Any way, i am telling you this, if i get depression, is all ur fault.. i having the symptoms of depression.. U got to pay the fees for my medicadation, it may take a year to 10 years for recovering.. That all i got to say ..

Friends

Well, went to meet my friend in orchard today. Just reached home, parent as usual nagg and nagg, what the hell. Rush off from school today, pissed off with my classmates, took my keys and dun return, like small kids playing like that. People got things on right? I just rush off without my keys, halfway through Alvin returned to me, well basically waste of my time.. Went home changed, and cab down to orchard.
Got cab downstairs my house, so lucky, people got off, i got in.. Well, i am sweating, coz very rushing.. Well, taxi drive very kind, give me a tissue to wipe me sweat away.. I told him to accelerate the speed, he so old and his eye sight very poor, not safe in the road, but nvm, The taxi driver asked me why i sweat like hell?? Told him the reason, rushing to meet my friend. The taxi driver say i am such a good friend indeed.. well, i have nothing to say about it.. and he carry on his speech, he toked about his last experience!! He got a good friend, last time very close but now not even friends.. When his friend got financial problems, he provided loan around $10k to him without asking back the money, his friend told him he will return slowy, but till now no news of returning his money.. Recently, they met each other through by friends.. His friends was getting rich and richer, treated him food in restuarnt.. That was the time, his cab business got cash flow problems, he ask his friend for loan, his friend like reluctantly to lend him.. But he agree that next week, he will give him some cash..When the week came, they supposed to meet each other, but his friend last minute cannot maked it, postponed to week after week.. By time, his friend change hp num, and cannot contact him anymore.. Such a friend.. Haiz
Orh yar.. He added last few words, before paying $5.70 "In this world, Everyone got only 1 true friend, it is hard to find, once you found it.. treasure him/her" He himself still haven found yet, his hair is grey colour turning to white, I pitied him.. $5.70 is definitely well spent...he inspired me alot.. got that kind of feeling, can't explain.. Felt touched..

Talking about it, I think i still haven found a true friend yet, though i got good friends, but when i got trouble, look like my friends walk away.. Well.. I saw some examples of my friends and some of my classmate, they really got a true friend without realising that.. Anyway, I think that i am a taker from my friends, not a giver to friends.. I dun make the first move.. Are you a taker or giver to your friend?? Think about it!!

Yesterday, Got a collar hang ten t-shirts from chee hwa, it is cheap but it is something special, he sewed my name on it and the day when I am born.. Cool man, sincere man, rather than spending lots of money on buying gifts. Not to mention names, but any way thank for both bilabong t-shirts, light blue and pink.. So cool wearing on it..
Well, Unlucky school day for me, first time in this year got record liao, Kena booked by Mr Singh for going to locker during interval of school lessons. Well, followed Mr Singh to English class, and ms Wong like make us stand for 20 mins, I dun mind abt it, rather than going for detention.. But she gave me a small piece of chocolate cake for my birthday gift.. I hate cakes since young, yesterday forced down a coffee cake from pasta mania, heard is their specialty, not to insult the food.. Today recess eat cake again, but just swallowed it down.. No more cakes for me..
Today, venture meeting hack care lah, see how slacked they do their square lashing, do around 30 minutes for a square lesh.. Pathetic venture.. I rather carry on scouting.. Well, had fun time with scout friends, camped inside Mr Quek art room, spying uniform group, including venture.. The most funny part is when the venture go for break, left their poles, trolley and ropes on the ground. We ran down and got stole their trolley, went back to Mr Quek art Rm.. Took a paper and write CHU TIAN GUO LAI.. GONG XI FA CAI.. and some few words, scare them off.. then paste on the trolley, left outside the scout den.. Wonder what they react when see that.. Haha..

Happy birthday

Well, birthday today, finally 16.. A lot of people seem to rmb my birthday, i am just glad to say that, even my distant friends also rmember, my primary school friends also rmb.. just come back from orchard, thank Chee hwa for the treat.. Should stop here..Been getting up late for the past few nights, i just want my blogger date to be 02-feb date. If tml, i blog, it will be no meaning for my birthday right?
